CHRISTIAN EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES

  On Sunday mornings there are many different learning opportunities taking place at the Green Valley Community Church. 

      9:15 a.m. - Nursery - high school classes meet throughout the church facility.  Check with Christian Ed Office for room locations

      9:30 a.m. - Adult Sunday School Class meets in the northern half of the church's fellowship hall (Johnson Hall)- various subjects and books used throughout the year... All adults are welcome to join us. 

HOT WEATHER,  MONSOONS AND THEOLOGY

Bob Jenkins will teach a one-hour adult class at 9:30 a.m. on the five Sundays in August in Johnson Hall.  We will tackle five serious theological issues: 

1.   What happens when you die?
2.   What causes evil? 
3.   How to get God to do what you want Him to do. 
4.   Are there unforgivable sins? 
5.   What does God do with non-Christians?

       11:00 a.m. - Adult Sunday School Class meets in the northern half of the church's fellowship hall (Johnson Hall).  Discussion and lecture on various subjects related to the Bible.  (This class will restart up in the fall).  

YOUTH GROUP (Middle School - High School)

Youth Group....Meets every other Sunday at 5:00p.m. in the church youth room for worship and activities.  All youth in the community are invited to attend.  Call the church office (625-4712) to check whether or not this is the Sunday we meet.  (Youth Group on Break for Summer - Check with office for any special activities).

      There are additional seasonal Bible Study Classes that you can find by calling the church office...
